The Emeril Lagasse Foundation provides support up to $10,000 per grant to eligible schools and community organizations partnered with schools that have existing school garden and/or culinary education programs. Small Grants are evaluated by need and alignment with Emeril Lagasse Foundation mission and signature program pillars which are (1) appreciation of the source of food, (2) development of life skills through food, (3) nutrition and healthy eating, and (4) development of culinary skills.

Grants offered nationwide, but geographic areas where Emeril's restaurants are located are prioritized.

Concept papers for Spring are Due Feb 1; the deadline for concept papers for the Fall is August 1 annually.
