Model Demonstration Projects to Improve Services and Results for Infants, Toddlers, and Children with Disabilities
Priority 2 of the Model Demonstration Projects to Improve Services and Results for Infants, Toddlers, and Children with Disabilities Grant focuses on students in middle or high school with or who are at risk for disabilities. The purpose of priority 2 is to fund three cooperative agreements to establish and operate evidence-based model demonstration projects. The models must establish and implement an evidence-based integrated school mental health program to enhance social, emotional, and mental health services and supports in middle school or high school settings to support youth with and at risk for disabilities. The grant is for up to five years.
