The Avantor Foundation works to advance science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education and learning, with the goal of increasing the number of students, especially women and minorities, pursing science and technology degrees. The foundation funds community-based organizations that teach science and technology to underserved high school students, and supports science labs in underserved schools, community colleges, and smaller universities by providing equipment or talent.
The Avantor Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. However, nonprofits are invited to submit one- to two-page letter of intent to the Foundation.
