Monitoring Handbooks explain the purpose of monitoring, the data collection process, program-specific monitoring indicators, and acceptable evidence. Monitoring Handbooks are annually updated to reflect current grant cycles. This Monitoring Handbook is for FY18 and FY19 Developer Grantees.
