Making a Difference? The Effects of Teach for America in High School

This 2007 report examines the effectiveness of Teach for America teachers in secondary schools, especially in math and science. Using data from North Carolina, the authors conclude that Teach for America teachers are more effective than experienced secondary school teachers.
