Profiles

The National Charter School Resource Center currently produces profiles of state authorizing policies and profiles of CSP grantees.

The High-Quality Charter Authorizing Policy Profiles are based on the Policy Framework for High-Quality Charter Authorizing Practices, which researchers used to profile states’ policies for authorizing new high-quality charter schools.

Grantee Profiles highlight successful CSP grantees, who have received either the State Entities (SE) grant or the Replication and Expansion of High-Quality Charter Schools Grants, also called Charter Management Organization (CMO) Grants. Each of these profiles includes details about the grantee and their CSP grant project, project successes, and lessons learned identified by grantees.
