Monitoring Handbooks explain the purpose of monitoring, the data collection process, program-specific monitoring indicators, and acceptable evidence. Monitoring Handbooks are annually updated to reflect current grant cycles. This Monitoring Handbook is for the 2020–21 Monitoring Cycle for FY18 State Entity Grantees.
Please note that there may be minor differences from year to year in the specific elements within given indicators based on changes to the relevant NIAs, statute, or other guidance.
